je suis un haitien,je viens de HAITI,un territoire de moins de 28000km2 mais qui a un passé historique d'une importance universelle...dans cette perspective nos chefs d'Etat ont tendance à dire de HAITI qu'elle est la mère de la liberté... en fait,HAITI a été une colonie de la France pendant plus de 200ans les hommes noirs y étaient ésclaves,ils étaient considerés comme des choses d'après ce qu'avait prescrit le CODE NOIR (ensemble de lois régissant les relations des habitants dans la colonie élaboré par Colbert,ministre des finances français du 18e siècle.) mais au bout de longues années de souffrance les noirs de saint-domingue ont décidé de se débarrasser de leurs oppresseurs français et ont proclamé le 1er janvier 1804 l'indépendance du territoire... dans toute l'histoire de l'humanité il n'éxiste pas d'histoire semblable...c'est à dire un groupe d'individus qui étaient esclaves et renversant l'ordre des choses pour devenir le maître de l'endroit où ils végetaient.telle est notre fièrté,tel est aussi notre fardeau. à suivre
